Do not have time to have regular sessions with a trainer? or maybe you have the motivation but just need some guidance on what to do?
You can book a consultation at the studio or online to go through your goals, exercise and medical history as well as your eating habits. We will take down your weight and measurements and any other suitable information. We will discuss and set goals for you to work towards and give you a 7 day food diary to fill in if required. We will then go away and draw you up your very own bespoke programme suitable for following at your home, gym or wherever you need to train!

We recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals.
At ZTfit Studios, you will benefit from dedicated sessions with your personal trainer allowing you to focus on one thing - your results.

We conduct an initial physical assessment to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition. You will then be guided through an entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training inside and outside the gym, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by support from your trainer.
