Bramley Apple Recipe's in Collaboration with Four Elms Fruit Farm

It's that time of year when we crave for something comforting and warm to eat on these Winter night's, I know I do! So I made a visit to our local fruit farm in Sidmouth 'Four Elms'. Within this amazing place was the 'apple shed' offering a range of juice's, cider and honey from bee hives in the orchards and of course apples, all of which are grown on site! In exchange for some apples, I set to work on creating a couple of fab recipes for you all to try, I picked the Bramley apple variety but the choice is endless!

Cardamom is a flavour I love, so I wanted to add this to one of them...and so a warm apple and cardamom compote was created! So versatile can be accompanied with porridge, Greek yoghurt, some crunchy granola or it's delicious just on it's own!

What a way to celebrate the wonderful apple!
