One of my favourites I had to share, a tasty Into-Chinese dish. I came across this dish initially when eating at a restaurant, being a vegetarian I am always looking for something a bit more exciting to eat then the traditional mushroom risotto you seem to get offered a lot when eating out. Make it as spicy, or not, as you wish.


Don't forget, the healthier option would be to air fry!
